REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN CHOIR

hello all~
i'm addressing the J1s who are reading this in particular.
current choir seniors,if you have more reasons to add on,just post it on the tagboard.
we have lots of convincing to do.

WHY SHOULD YOU [J1] JOIN TPJCHOIR

1. I know TPJChoir isnt as pro as other choirs,those obvious ones like VJ,MJ,AJ. but even though our choir standard is not as good as theirs at the moment, it is a chance for us to push this choir to greater heights,to show the drastic improvement (hopefully!) in our choir standard. we'll be doing good for the future batches (provided nth happens to the choir.lol)

2. You'll get to learn the correct singing techniques that you never knew before (i didnt know!) & really show off your vocals. there's really more techniques to learn & improve,even if you may have choir background. even though you may like pop singing to choral singing, with the basics in choral singing, you'll be a better singer,you'll never guess. :)

3. There is an overseas competition-cum-performance trip to Bratislava,Slovakia,somewhere in Europe. when will you get the chance to go to Europe with your group of friends who share the same passion as you? sch performing arts overseas trips are usually subsidised. consider this.

4. Look at all the activities that we'll be involved for the first half of this year? I think it should be enough to fill up & beautify your SGC.

5. Think. even though the practices maybe very tedious & tiring, there will still be a sense of accomplishment & achievement when all of us, together as a team, reach our goals & aims.
the fun that you can have together with your friends & seniors in choir is unlike those experience you get in other CCAs.

6. You can just do anything in choir. play sports or just initiate any activities with your choir friends. there's no restriction to whatever activities you want to carry out together with your choir friends,outside of choir. Some of your choir seniors do play sports before/after choir together. so no worries.. (:

7. Lastly,there are quite a few people who dont have choir background (mostly frm uniform groups). Considering the other reasons above, why dont you have a change in CCA? you will be realising another hidden talent of yours.


Consider these reasons carefully..
